Terms & Conditions

1. Attendance and Punctuality

Students must attend school regularly and be punctual.

Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in final exams.

Late arrivals may not be allowed to enter the school premises.

2. School Uniform

Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and properly every day.

Improper or incomplete uniform may result in disciplinary action.

3. Discipline and Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline and respectful behavior within school premises.

Use of foul language, bullying, or disobedience will not be tolerated.

4. Electronic Gadgets

Students are strictly prohibited from bringing mobile phones, smart watches, or any electronic gadgets to school.

If found, such items will be confiscated and returned only to parents.

5. Fees and Payments

School fees must be paid on or before the due date.

Late fee may be charged for delayed payments as per school policy.

6. Examinations and Promotions

Students must appear in all assessments, tests, and examinations.

Promotion will be based on academic performance and overall conduct.

7. Parental Involvement

Parents are required to attend Parent-Teacher Meetings regularly.

Any change in address or phone number must be informed to the school office immediately.

8. Leave and Absence

Leave applications must be submitted in advance, except in emergencies.

Long absences without notice may lead to cancellation of admission.

9. Use of School Property

Students must take care of school property.

Any damage caused intentionally or by negligence must be compensated by the student.

10. Medical Issues

Students suffering from contagious diseases should stay at home until fully recovered.

Parents must inform the school of any medical condition affecting the child.
