Refund Cancellation

. Tuition Fee

Tuition fees are payable in advance on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Fees once paid will not be refunded, except in cases of:

Overpayment (subject to verification and written request)

Technical error in online payment (after confirmation from the bank/school office)

2. Cancellation of Admission

If a student wishes to withdraw admission:

A written application must be submitted to the school office.

Only fees paid in advance for future terms (excluding the current term) may be considered for refund, subject to approval.

3. School Activity Fees (e.g., Tours, Camps)

Refunds for event/activity payments are only possible if the event is cancelled by the school.

If a student cancels participation after registration, no refund will be granted unless due to medical/emergency reasons (supported by documents).

4. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be made only via cheque or online transfer to the parent’s registered account.

Cash refunds are not permitted.

5. Refund Processing Time

Please allow 10–15 working days for the processing of any approved refunds.
